A beautiful vacation day begins with our rich breakfast buffet from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. If you wish to have breakfast outside these hours or in your room - please order the evening before until 8 pm. In this case we allow ourselves to charge a small extra fee.

Bed linen

| We are happy to change your bed linen daily upon request for an additional charge. Should you need additional pillows (feather or synthetic) or an allergy pillow or similar, please notify the maid on the floor or indicate this at the reception. |
Brine pool
|

In the outdoor area in front of the panorama sauna, our saltwater pool (temperature: approx. 36°) is opened from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. Thorough showering before and after use is strongly recommended. Access from 16 years.

You can borrow various charging cables for your cell phone free of charge at our reception for the time of your stay.

For your e-car or e-bike you will find a charging station in the underground car park.

In the connecting corridor to the garden house you will find our children's playroom.

Coffee and cake

|
From 14:00 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. our cake buffet and warm drinks are ready for you. Both are already included in our "Verwöhnpension". Other drinks are not included in the price.

Cross-country-skiing
|
|
If there is enough snow, you can start cross-country skiing directly at our house. To the high-altitude cross-country ski trail Schareben you can easily take the ski bus (see ski bus schedule in our reception hall).
With the guest card the ski bus is free of charge.

Darts
|
| In the connecting corridor between the indoor swimming pool and the garden house you will find a darts and table football room. You can get the darts for this at the reception. |
Defibrillator
|
|
Defibrillator In the event of an emergency, our defibrillator is at your disposal. You can find it in the corridor to the wellness area in the basement by the public toilets. It is self-explanatory and gives you precise instructions by voice output on what to do. In the event of an emergency, call 112 and pay attention to the 5 W-questions of the specialist staff.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.

Drinks
|
|
We ask you to settle your drinks and meals consumed during the day with the waiter in the evening or to sign the restaurant bill and have it booked to the hotel bill.

E-mobility
|
|
You can rent mountain e-bikes as well as an e-car according to availability and for a fee; please ask at the hotel reception.
Please do not charge your batteries on your hotel room.

Emergency
|

If you need help, you can reach us during the day by pressing 0 on the phone = reception and at night under 48 or 150 = family Mühlbauer and Graßl.

You can find our weekly programme digitally on your TV or the information brochure in the hotel lobby.

Entrance door

If you go out in the evening and return to the hotel after closing time, please use one of the five side entrances. All side entrances can be opened with your room keycard.

Our exercise room is in the passage between SPA-area and swimmingpool.

Express Check Out

|
If you are in a hurry on the day of departure, there is a possibility to settle your bill the evening before.

Extension
|

If you want to extend the use of the wellness area on the day of departure, this is possible for an etra charge of 15.00 euros per person, including coffee and cake in the afternoon. You will receive a locker in the changing room for this purpose. You keep the bathrobes and towels and return them to the reception upon departure.

Our fitness room is located in the connecting corridor to the indoor swimming pool.

Flowers
|
|
Do you need flowers? Just order them at our reception the day before until 17:00 p.m. at the latest.

Gymnastics room

Our gymnastics room is located in the basement on the left before the glass door to the indoor pool. Various activities take place here several times a week.

Half-board menu

For dinner we ask you to arrive between 18:00 p.m. and 20:00 p.m. in our restaurant.
You choose from the menu card at breakfast. (Occasionally theme buffets or partial buffets).

Hiking excursions
|
|
We have put together a selection of hiking and excursion destinations for you. You can find them digitally on your TV. Information brochures are available in the hotel lobby.

House chapel
|
|
The house chapel is located at the entrance to the garden house and is unlocked daily.

House hike
|
|
From April to November there is a guided hike once a week. From December to March a torchlight hike (see weekly program). Participation is at your own risk.

Located on the 1st floor of our wellness area. Chips are available at the reception.

Indoor-swimming-pool

Our indoor swimming pool is available from 07:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m. Water gymnastics are held several times a week (see weekly program). The water temperature is about 30°.

Internet access

We provide you with free Wifi.
You get a connection to our W-Lan network with the password: Herzlichkeit.

Furthermore, you will find an Internet - terminal with printout possibility in our lobby, or also on request and subject to availability for rental in your room.

Ironing room

You will find our ironing room on the 2nd floor of our main building. You can get the key at the reception.

Key Card/ Entrance

Should you go out late and return after we have closed the hotel bar, please use one of the 5 side-entrances with your key card.

Laundry service

If you have dirty laundry, or something to iron, you are welcome to drop it off at the reception. If you drop it off before 9:00 a.m., we can return your laundry on the same day by arrangement. If a sewing service is desired, we will gladly organize it for you. On special request we can also iron your laundry with a return within 1 hour. We can only offer this service if you book in advance. We charge a contribution towards expenses.

You will find our year-round heated infinity pool right next to the indoor pool.

There is one free underground parking space per room. You will find access to the garage with your room card.

Pets

We kindly ask you not to bring your pets into the restaurant during meal times, nor into the wellness area or to the sunbathing areas in the garden. The pet owner is liable for any damage to the furniture. You find several doggy bag stations around the hotel grounds and kindly ask our guests to use them.

You can get an outside line by pressing the # (hash) at the bottom right. The units are recorded at the reception and billed at check out. Reception = 0. If you want to call from room to room the following rule applies:
Room 1-5 = 151, 152, 153 etc.

We offer various rest and relaxation areas in our sauna and bathing area. We ask you especially in the "places of silence" and our "place of light" to pay attention to "silence" and not to reserve any loungers.

Salt tunnel

In the wellness area (winter garden) you will find our salt tunnel. If you have problems with the respiratory tract or skin diseases, this is the ideal place for you.

The sauna area is nude area.
Access for children is only possible when accompanied by their parents. We ask you to pay special attention to silence here to allow every guest a relaxing sauna experience. Sauna hours: 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m.
Panorama sauna: Open from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00 p.m. - admission from 16 years.

You will find the entrance to our mountain SPA near the fitness room. Appointments can be made directly at the SPA-Reception or at the hotel-Reception. Our Berg-SPA brochure informs you about the different treatments.

Table Tennis
|
|
In the basemant of the indoor swimming pool you will find a table tennis room. You can get rackets for it at the reception.
|
Toboggan run
|
|
When the lift is in operation, you will be taken to the top station of the Riedlberg ski lift by our drag lift and from there you will go down the approx. 1000m long toboggan run in the direction of the valley station. The lift transport of the sledges is only possible with our rental sledges, as they are equipped with various TÜV relevant safety measures. Please return the sledges to the valley station.

Towels
|
|
You will find your towels for the sauna and our pools in the bag in your bathroom. Please take them back to your room. If you need new ones, just put the used ones on the floor in your bathroom.

TV / radio
|
|
There is a TV set in your room. The programs are fixed, you can find a program list digitally via QR code. Radio stations can also be found in the TV from channel 101.

Water heater
|
|
Upon request we will be happy to provide you with a kettle in your room.

In your room you will find a complimentary bottle of mineral water as a welcome gift.
