Spa etiquette
Booking treatments
If you are not sure about what to select from our offering, please contact our spa reception. You can tell them your wishes and they will give you a personal recommendation.
Our employees are at your service Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
We recommend that you reserve your desired appointments when booking your stay (it's best to use the registration form for this - you will receive the form with your booking confirmation).
You will be given your appointments at our reception on arrival.
Short stay
In the case of short stays (e.g. Friday to Sunday), please inform us of your time of arrival so that we can begin your treatment right away on the day of arrival. Your room will be ready for occupation from 2.00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, however, our changing rooms in the spa area are available to you at all times together with your spa bag.
Clothing
Come to your treatment simply in your bath robe. With all treatments we will provide you with the necessary disposable panties in the treatment booth.
Exception: singing bowl massages in comfortable clothing.
You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing in the spa area. Bathing costumes are to be worn in our pools with the exception of the brine pool.
Health notice
We kindly request that you inform us in advance of any ailments you may have (allergies, diabetes, slipped discs, etc.), any medicaments you may be taking (blood thinners, antibiotics) or if you are pregnant so that we can optimise your treatment.
Children
In order to ensure absolute relaxation and quiet, admission to our Place of Light, the panorama sauna and the brine pool is permitted only for persons aged 16 years or over.
Appointment
In order to be able to tailor the treatment to your needs, we would ask that you arrive in the waiting area about 5 minutes in advance.
Cancellations
Appointment cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that 70% of the price must be charged if the appointment slot cannot be filled otherwise.

So that we can prepare ourselves for your visit in the best possible way, a few more hints!
Please let us know your application requests at an early stage (preferably by means of the registration form, which you will receive with your booking confirmation). Please tell us about pregnancies or serious illnesses. So that we can reach you for further inquiries, please give us your tel. no. or e-mail address. Please understand that we can only give you your exact appointments when you arrive at the hotel. For short stays (for example, Friday to Sunday) please announce arrival time, so that we can start with the treatments on the day of arrival (in case of missed appointment 70% default bill).
Sunday is a holiday. You want to surprise your loved ones? We are happy to issue you our feel-good vouchers. If you have any questions, please call us, we will gladly advise you on the selection of your applications.
