Important information for your stay

If you arrive after 6 pm please inform us. Our luxury accommodation menu is served in the evening from 18:00 - 19:30. For lunch, please choose from our menu card.

Your guest room is available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and until 11 am on the day of departure.
The room reservation is valid only after mutual written confirmation.
We reserve the right, in case of early departure or no-show, to charge the room price.
We recommend getting our room cancellation insurance. In case of price differences between the booking confirmation and the price list, the prices of the price list are valid.

In order to ensure you a good night's sleep, we try to close our restaurant after 23:00. Exceptions at events such dance evenings.
If you wish to have breakfast outside the time of 7:30 am - 10:00 am, please order this the previous evening.

In your room we have provided a list of hiking and excursions. We are happy to give you more information. Our guest rooms have slight differences in facilities.
For room service we charge per order 5.00 - € Our rooms are non-smoking.

Room prices

Dogs can only be accepted by prior arrangement and not in all room types (no access to the dining rooms and the wellness area). The dog owner is liable for damage to the furniture. (For a possible final cleaning we charge 25.00 - Euro). We charge 27.00 Euro per day without food.

Our house is located at an altitude of 730 m above N.N.

Arrival: Bypass Drachselsried > direction Bodenmais > junction Oberried / Unterried.

The wellness area is available on the day of arrival from 12.00 o'clock, on the day of departure till 12:00. For longer use on the day of departure we charge 15.00 € per person (including coffee and cake).

New highlight for our winter guests!

Starting this winter, all our overnight guests can use the ski lift for skiing or tobogganing free of charge during the booked stay, if snow conditions are sufficient. (Our luxury boarding includes this use!)
