Fitness room in the Wellnesshotel Riedlberg at Arber

Only a few steps away from the fitness room are our baths, saunas and relaxation rooms, as well as the "RiedlBerg Spa" with our massages and cosmetic offers, so that the route from endurance and muscle training to relaxing and "being pampered" is deliberately kept short.

In our Vital Lounge in the relaxation area, guests can refresh themselves with drinks and fresh fruit.

Just as close is a dressing room for you, because appropriate sports clothing is of course required when using the equipment, but changing from the swimming trunks to the training outfit should be possible without much fuss and without having to go back to the room.

So nothing stands in the way of a comprehensive wellness program!

Lifeband Resistance TM System:

The resistance can be easily adjusted via the button system from the sitting position.

Strength training: Five different devices (see pictures) are available for your muscle training.

They are characterized by easy operation and flexible adjustment of the appropriate seating position, a clear picture of instructions for taking the correct training posture and are equipped so that the device provides a stable grip even during intensive training.

Cardio training: All devices have the ability to quick start, provide a pre-programmed workout and detailed workout summary including heart rate measurement, if desired.

Darts and foosball

For all passive athletes we have set up a free foosball table in the dart room.
